APPLICATION OF MACROCRYSTALLINE TUNGSTEN CARBIDE
Macrocrystalline tungsten carbide is a kind of fully carburized and dense tungsten carbide powder with homogeneous microstructure, outstanding thermal stability and coarse particle size. It is with good wetability to Ni, Mn, Co, Fe and Cu and excellent impact resistance. Its particle size ranges from µm to 40 crushing & screening as well as surface treatment, etc.

Macrocrystalline tungsten carbide powder which are able to provide excellent wear resistance against exposed sliding friction surface, such as slot or warehouse crashing parts, forklift buckets, crane hopper, screw feeder, ingot tongs and grind device components.
To be used as cemented carbide for solidifying hard rocks drills, continuous coal mining bits, road construction tools and varies kind of moulds and wear parts. |
